Sainbayar Ulziisaikhan is a leading practitioner with extensive experience advising on regulatory matters and major concession, infrastructure, and real estate development projects in Mongolia.

​

He has advised on some of the largest infrastructure projects implemented in Mongolia, including projects in the transport and mining sectors. His work frequently involves concession arrangements, project development structures and regulatory approvals. He has also advised a state-owned energy company on regulatory compliance matters in the energy sector.

His practice also includes land, energy and construction law. In addition, Sainbayar has significant experience representing clients in contentious matters, including commercial disputes, administrative proceedings and regulatory investigations.

 

He regularly advises domestic and international clients on regulatory compliance, project development and other matters arising in regulated industries.
