Myagmarsuren Battur is a lawyer with considerable experience advising on venture investments and corporate transactions in Mongolia.
Prior to joining Saruul Onch, she served as an in-house counsel at the investment arm of one of Mongolia's largest conglomerates, where she advised on venture capital transactions, early-stage investment structuring, and corporate governance matters. She was involved in investment due diligence, term sheet negotiation, shareholder agreements, and post-investment portfolio management across a diverse investment portfolio.
She speaks Mongolian and English.
