Enkhsaruul Jargalsaikhan is the Founder of Saruul Onch. She advises clients on complex financial, corporate and cross-border transactions involving Mongolia.
Her practice focuses on banking and finance, capital markets, corporate transactions and energy and infrastructure projects. She has extensive experience advising international lenders, development finance institutions, sponsors and arrangers on a wide range of financing transactions, including syndicated loans, secured facilities, bond issuances and project finance arrangements. Enkhsaruul is recognized for her ability to adapt international financing structures to the Mongolian legal and regulatory framework, bridging global standards with local execution.
Prior to founding Saruul Onch, Enkhsaruul was a Partner at a leading Mongolian law firm, where she advised on major domestic and cross-border transactions across the banking, capital markets, infrastructure and energy sectors.
She previously worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (September 2022 – August 2024), where she gained in-depth experience on high-value transactions across multiple sectors and jurisdictions, strengthening her understanding of the commercial, policy and institutional considerations underpinning development finance.
